DELIVERY METHOD AND COSTS
Delivery is made by a Courier assigned by A-Venture. Standard delivery is provided for. Without prejudice to a period of thirty days from receipt of an order, the period laid down for delivery of goods should be considered as indicative. In the event of the Customer not being in, a second visit or telephone call by the Courier is provided for, to agree redelivery within the following 24 hours. In the event of failure to redeliver, A-Venture shall try to contact the Customer to determine and if necessary resolve the causes of non delivery. In the meantime the goods shall be brought back to A-Venture's warehouse awaiting further contact from the Customer. In the event of not being able to deliver, A-Venture shall inform the Customer by e-mail. The charge paid by the Customer shall be held by A-Venture, and, at the time of a new delivery, A-Venture shall charge the additional costs met for storing and redelivering the goods, to the customer. In the event that the shipment cannot be achieved due to the inability to make a delivery, the order shall be considered cancelled. A-Venture shall inform the Customer of cancellation by e-mail. A-Venture shall take steps to reimburse the cost of the goods bought to the Customer, excluding transport costs met for sending, storing and return of the goods. At the time of delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check: i) that the number of the package delivered corresponds to that indicated on the carriage document (CD); ii) that the packaging is intact, undamaged, and neither is it wet, too light, or in any way altered, including the sealing materials. In the event one of these possibilities occurs, the Customer may not accept delivery, or accept it "with reservation". Delivery Period and Time The delivery period depends on the destination of the order, and the time at which the order is made. The delivery period is however indicative and not binding for A-Venture. The Courier has the following delivery times: from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Transport Costs The cost of transport is included in the price of the goods. Carriage of goods is insured. Order status A-Venture shall keep the Customer informed of the status of his/her order, by sending e-mails to the e-mail address on the order form: 1. Being expedited 2. Dispatched 3. Cancelled From the time at which the goods are delivered to the Courier, the Customer may check via online tracking where the purchased product is.
